Set you up as a Mimax Mosaic employee

You will receive on joining us an employment contract setting you up as a Mimax Mosaic employee.

Provide you with expense claim forms
|
|
Within your start up pack we include an expense claim form and guidelines on what expenses you can claim. You can photocopy the form in the pack and use it each time you submit expenses. However, if you need more you can either call us and we will dispatch them or go to the web site where they can be downloaded when ever you need them.

Provide you with Change of Agency forms
|
|
Within your start up pack we include Change of Agency forms. You can photocopy the form in the pack and use this to notify us each time you change agency. However, if you need more you can call us and we will dispatch them or go to the web site where they can be downloaded when ever you need them.

Provide you with a dedicated support line
|
|
We have a dedicated support team ready to deal with any issues, via either phone or e-mail. If we cannot resolve them immediately, then we will get back to you with the solution, no need for you to call again.

Invoice agencies
|
|
Working for Mimax Mosaic means that each week an invoice has to be prepared in relation to the hours you have worked. As soon as you give us your hours we prepare the invoice and get it of to the agency, to make sure that it is paid on time.

Process your payroll
|
|
We process your wages, calculate the tax and NI due, and then pay you whilst forwarding the payroll taxes due to the Inland Revenue.

Process your expense claims
|
|
As an employee of Mimax Mosaic Limited, you can claim expenses against the company that will be offset within your commission calculation, paying these costs in the most tax efficient way. Just send us your completed and signed expense claim with the required receipts and we will check, process and make payment of these expenses.

Process commission payment
|
|
As well as receiving your wages, and having your expenses refunded you will receive commission as well. Once we have calculated the profit you have brought to the business, after gross wage costs and expenses, we can calculate the commission you are due. This gets remitted to you along with your basic pay and expenses. At the end of the year you receive your P60, which will details the amounts of annual remunerations you have received.

Pay you by CHAPS same day transfer on receipt of funds
|
|
We transfer money to you on the same day we receive money from the agency. This means that as long as we have money from the agency by 2.00pm on a Friday, you will have the money in your account by close of play.

Send you a text to let you know of payments made
|
|
We do not want you to spend Fridays wondering if you are going to be paid, so we let you know. We will send you a simple text message to confirm that the funds have been forwarded to your chosen bank account.

|
Provide all payroll year end reports
|
|
The Mimax Mosaic team will complete and submit all year end returns to the revenue in respect of payments made to you under the PAYE system. We will also provide you with all year end documentation that you may need to help you complete your self assessment tax return.
