On joining Mimax, you will receive a welcome pack and online access to your personal Mimax Portal area. The Mimax Expense Guide is included in your welcome pack and is also downloadable via the 'My Download' section of the Portal. Expense claims are submitted either by post, fax, e-mail or Portal, along with copy receipts to support your claim. How do I Receive my Money? We pay your money direct to your bank account by CHAPS sameday payment. This is a guaranteed same day bank transfer service that lets you receive your funds swiftly. Unlike other umbrella companies, we do not charge for this service. What is 'My Portal'? My Portal is an on line facility that allows you to track and record all timesheet and expenses you have submitted and review personal details. This facility will evolve, with new features added to make contracting life easier. What Happens if I Change Agency?
