PAYE is operated on the salary received by the contractor via Mimax Mosaic Limited. 

Responsibility

As the employer of the contractor Mimax Mosaic ensures that the correct deductions of PAYE tax and NIC are made and remitted to HMRC in accordance with the monthly deadlines

Business Related Expenses

The umbrella service expense policy ensures that only genuine business related expenses are processed

Dividends

No dividend payments are made to contractors or their spouses
